Hide Recipients Without Archiving

Control visibility. Keep records intact.

You can now hide recipients from the sponsorship page without archiving or deleting them. This gives you more flexibility in managing who appears to donors while keeping all recipient records available internally.

How it works:

• Open the Edit Recipient Drawer in the admin dashboard.

• Check the box “Hide recipient on sponsorship page.”

• The recipient will no longer be visible to donors but will remain in your system.

What this means for you:

• More control: Decide which recipients are shown on the sponsorship page.

• No data loss: Keep recipient records intact without archiving or deleting.

• Clear oversight: Add the is_visible column to the recipients table to see which profiles are hidden or shown.

This update lets you manage recipient visibility with precision—supporting internal workflows while keeping donor-facing pages clean and relevant.
