Is there a free plan?

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Billed monthly based on the commitments processed through your account that period. You are charged the tier that matches your monthly total: $0 if you have 10 or fewer, $99 if you have 11–100, $299 for 101–300, and so on. You only pay for the tier your activity actually puts you in that month. Prefer annual billing? Annual plans include 2 months free.

What counts as a commitment?

Each of these counts as one commitment in the billing period: an active recurring sponsorship, an active recurring donation, and a one-time donation that is not tied to an existing sponsorship or recurring commitment. The platform totals these each month to match you to the right tier.

Question 4

What happens if my activity drops?

Accepted Answer

Your tier follows your monthly commitment total. If you go from 110 to 95 commitments in a given month, the next monthly bill charges Pro ($99) instead of Plus ($299). You never pay for a tier your current activity does not put you in.

What if I do not use a bundled module?

Accepted Answer

No problem. It is available whenever you need it at no extra charge. Modules bundled at your tier do not increase your bill, and using a bundled module more does not cost more. Metered features such as AI Insights have their own monthly allowances with optional top-ups.

Can I buy module add-ons on Free or Pro?

Mission Trips ($59/mo, includes up to 8 trips per year) and Mailings ($99/mo + postage) are available as add-ons on Free and Pro. Higher tiers bundle them progressively, with unlimited trips once Mission Trips is bundled. Trip-first teams on any plan can choose Trips Pro ($199/mo) for unlimited trips. Native Events and Grants modules are in development and are not currently sold as add-ons or included in a plan.

How do AI capacity credits work?

Every plan includes a one-time grant of AI capacity credits, from 25 on Free to 5,000 on Scale, for AI-powered donor research, summaries, briefs, and drafts. Each generated result uses one credit. When your grant runs out, you can add top-up credits ($49 per 500) or discuss a Tali plan for monthly capacity.

What is Tali and how is it different from Donor Intelligence?

Donor Intelligence is embedded intelligence in your CRM: donor profiles, capacity signals, ask calculators, and messaging guidance. Each CRM tier includes a one-time AI capacity grant, and teams can add top-up credits when they need more. Tali is a separate product that prepares fundraising work from permitted source context. Your team reviews and approves donor-facing or external action. Every Tali subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Can I request Tali access on the Free plan?

Yes. Tali requires an active Gratona CRM subscription, and Free counts. The scoped capacity tiers shown above start at $299 per month. Fit, workflow scope, permissions, and the review path are confirmed during the demo.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any differences.

Our pricing is already designed for nonprofits: free forever at small scale, no per-seat charges, modules bundled at higher tiers, and optional Tali capacity for teams that need reviewed AI assistance. For organizations above 1,000 commitments, Enterprise pricing is custom and includes volume discounts.
