Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free forever for organizations with up to 10 commitments. You get the core CRM, sponsorship, recurring giving, and one-time included AI capacity. No time limit.

How does billing work?

Billed monthly based on the commitments processed through your account that period. You are charged the tier that matches your monthly total: $0 if you have 10 or fewer, $99 if you have 11–100, $299 for 101–300, and so on. You only pay for the tier your activity actually puts you in that month. Prefer annual billing? Annual plans include 2 months free.

What counts as a commitment?

Each of these counts as one commitment in the billing period: an active recurring sponsorship, an active recurring donation, and a one-time donation that is not tied to an existing sponsorship or recurring commitment. The platform totals these each month to match you to the right tier.

What happens if my activity drops?

Your tier follows your monthly commitment total. If you go from 110 to 95 commitments in a given month, the next monthly bill charges Pro ($99) instead of Plus ($299). You never pay for a tier your current activity does not put you in.

What if I do not use a bundled module?

No problem. It is available whenever you need it at no extra charge. Modules bundled at your tier do not increase your bill. You are paying for the headroom and the module access; using more does not cost more.

Can I buy module add-ons on Free or Pro?

Yes. Mission Trips ($49/mo), Mailings ($99/mo + postage), Events ($99/mo), and Grants ($99/mo) are all available as add-ons on Free and Pro. Higher tiers bundle these progressively at no extra cost.

What is AI Agent and how is it different from Donor Intelligence?

Donor Intelligence is embedded intelligence in your CRM: donor profiles, capacity signals, ask calculators, and messaging guidance. Each CRM tier includes a one-time AI capacity grant, and teams can add top-up credits when they need more. AI Agent is a separate product: an autonomous digital staff member that drafts and takes actions on your donor record for your team to review and approve. Every AI Agent subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Can I buy AI Agent on the Free plan?

Yes. AI Agent requires an active Gratona CRM subscription. Free counts. AI Agent has its own list pricing ($299 / $799 / $1,499 / Custom) with a 14-day money-back guarantee on every tier.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any differences.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Our pricing is already designed for nonprofits: free forever at small scale, no per-seat charges, modules bundled at higher tiers, and a stand-alone AI Agent product that adds development capacity as you grow. For organizations above 1,000 commitments, Enterprise pricing is custom and includes volume discounts.
